It is capable of controlling XYZ + Spindle and XYZAC + Spindle configurations. EZY-CNC is compatible with MDS\/SENSE\u2019s range of motion controllers and IO modules.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-5f3ec89c\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">EZY-CNC Features:<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-36dce3ec\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EZY-CNC Can be combined together with MDSmotion&#8217;s range of Motion and IO Controllers and retrofitted to legacy glass CNC Milling\/Polishing\/Shape Cutting Machines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EZY-CNC is compatible with OSAI&#8217;s .s10 file format and can be used with INTERMAC&#8217;s <em>WinGlass<\/em> software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports all machining operations and tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports &#8216;Adaptive Offset&#8217; control of applied pressure by tool to workpiece during polishing operation. This is implemented using a PID loop in the software that monitors the load on the spindle motor via an analog input.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports 16 different user settable origin points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has an integrated tool table to store tool properties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports Automatic Tool Change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideal replacement for old style controller on legacy
