EZY-CNC is Windows PC software for controlling Glass CNC Milling/Polishing/Shape Cutting stations, namely legacy MASTER EDGE and MASTER BEVEL machines made by INTERMAC. It is capable of controlling XYZ + Spindle and XYZAC + Spindle configurations. EZY-CNC is compatible with MDS/SENSE’s range of motion controllers and IO modules.
EZY-CNC Features:

- EZY-CNC is compatible with OSAI’s .s10 file format and can be used with INTERMAC’s WinGlass software.

- Supports ‘Adaptive Offset’ control of applied pressure by tool to workpiece during polishing operation. This is implemented using a PID loop in the software that monitors the load on the spindle motor via an analog input.
